Service area
We currently deliver online store orders within India to addresses that our logistics partners can serve. Remote or restricted pin codes may be declined at checkout or after order review.
Delivery charges
Delivery is 7% below ₹1,500, 3% from ₹1,501 to ₹2,500, and free from ₹2,501. Charges are calculated on the goods total of the order as shown at checkout.
The amount payable, including any delivery charge, is confirmed before you complete payment.
Processing and transit time
Orders are typically packed after payment is confirmed (or after bank transfer is verified). Dispatch usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on stock and order size.
Transit time after dispatch is generally 3–10 business days across India. Larger or bulk shipments may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery attempts
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the shipment. Failed deliveries caused by an unreachable recipient or incorrect address may incur extra charges or require a new dispatch.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient. Please note any visible damage on the courier receipt and notify us promptly.
Tracking
Where a tracking number is available, we share it by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your store account. Courier tracking is provided by the carrier and may update with a delay.
